DR CARLO CARTACCI SERVICI
I was born in Saronno, northern Italy in 1968. I obtained a degree in Pharmacy from Milan University in 1992, and have practiced as a pharmacist ever since. My passion for Football has taken me to stadiums all over Europe, and has driven me to learn about and understand the sport from all angles, the rules, the regulations and the principles that together create "planet football".

For this reason it is absolutely essential that one learns to perfection the complex rules and regulations of FIFA, and of FIGC, including the Internal Organisation Notifications of the Football Federation.
